ART PARTY DETAILS:

BASE FEE- $225 + HST

Includes up to 1.5 hours for an art activity and up to 6 participants

*Due in full upon reservation

*Parties are kid-focused & Family-Friendly

(Adults are welcome to join in, participant fee applies)

*If you have less than 6 participants, the base fee still applies

ADDITIONAL TIME for CELEBRATING- $45 + HST

Are you celebrating a birthday and need extra time for gifts and cake?

We offer a 35 minute add-on option (to take place after the art activity).

*Due in full upon reservation

Please bring NUT-FREE snacks and NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks only.

Please don't forget to bring plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, etc.

Please DO NOT BRING CANDLES, as we cannot have an open flame in the building.

At the end of the art activity, I will quickly clean off the art table and will then hang-out adjacent to the art room, so you and your guests can enjoy your extra time together! Holler if you need me!

We are not offering a birthday package at this time. If you are purchasing the additional 35 minutes of studio time, you are also welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes before your party start time to set up your snack/gift table ( a folding table will be provided) and to bring your own simple decor (i.e. balloons, tablecloth, table decor, etc.).

The hosting adult MUST remain in the Studio for the duration of the add-on time, in order to provide group supervision. The Studio is NOT responsible for participants during the add-on time.

PAINT NIGHT-STYLE

Young artists will learn, step-by-step, how to paint a canvas using acrylic paint (canvas sizes vary depending on subject matter).

And, in true Dreaming Heart style, everyone will always be encouraged to add their own unique creative touch!

This peaceful option is perfect for getting lost in the moment, connecting with friends, and painting one's cares away!

OPEN STUDIO SMORGASBORD

A Studio fave, this free-spirited option, gives participants the freedom to create what and how they want, while socializing excitedly with friends!

We'll display some imagination-sparking prompts and set out an abundance of art materials for loads of creative and social FUN!

Kiddos will have access to...
Paint, Canvas (w/ traceable templates), Dry Media, Arts & Crafts, Paintable Wooden Decor, Clay, and more!

MODEL MAGIC BANANA SPLIT

Using model magic (the most squishy clay in all the land), we'll sculpt adorable Banana Splits.

Ms. Rose will show participants, step-by-step how to shape the different parts. Artists will decide the custom details.

What ice cream flavours will you create? Don't forget the sprinkles and a cherry on top!

Any leftover time will be used for freestyle clay play!

FAIRY COTTAGE

Young artists will get to channel their inner designer/landscaper as they create the most adorable little abodes for their magical winged friends.

Paint your fairy's home.
Design a welcoming yard filled with gardens and fairy-ish things.
Add sparkle with metallic paint, glitter, and gems.

GNOME HOME

Gnome Sweet Gnome! Young artists will have access to a variety of art materials so they can decorate a comfy-cozy home for their dear gnomes.

Paint your house with cheerful gnome-y colours.

Sculpt plasticine details... like a bonfire (don't forget the marshmallows!), birdbath, mushrooms, and flowers!

HAUNTED HOUSE

Design an oh-so spooky diorama. Paint your dilapidated house, cover it with cobwebs, and add creepy embellishments!

SANTA'S HOUSE

What does Santy's home look like?

This open-studio (self-led) option includes access to a whole bunch of Christmas-themed Arts & Crafts materials and tons of sample pieces to spark the imagination!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for IN-STUDIO ART PARTIES

For in-studio art parties, the hosting adult is welcome to remain in the Studio for the duration of the art activity to provide group supervision. We ask that no more than two non-participating adults remain. There is no additional cost for non-participating adults. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop-off and pick-up the children; however, we require the parent of each participant fill out our Participant Enrolment Form prior to the party date so that we have important contact and medical information on hand. If you select the drop-off/pick-up option, you will be sent a link to our Participant Enrolment Form via email, which we kindly ask that you forward to all parents.

We can instruct a maximum of 9 participants for in-studio art parties.

Participants are asked to wear art-friendly clothes.

Aprons are not provided.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for OUT-OF-STUDIO ART PARTIES

Paint Night-style Art Parties are the only option available for out-of-studio parties.

We don't typically offer mobile parties during the winter season... but you're welcome to ask!

Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

For out-of-studio art parties, the hosting adult must be present for the duration of the entire Service in order to provide group supervision.

You are responsible for ensuring each participant has enough table surface for a tabletop easel, paint plate, water cup, and brushes.

Tables and chairs MUST be arranged before Rose arrives. It is NOT Rose's responsibility to arrange furniture.

Rose DOES NOT provide tablecloths. It is highly recommended that you cover your furniture to protect against stains and spills.

Participants are asked to wear art-friendly clothes.

Aprons are not provided.

ART IS MESSY!

Parties must take place indoors (unless previously agreed upon) with access to running water.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1) Fill out the Art Party Information Form below.

2) Once we have confirmed your date, you will be sent a time-sensitive reservation link. Please pay the base fee deposit within 36 hours to secure your date. If you choose the 35 minute add-on, this additional fee will be added to the Base Fee Deposit and will also be due in full upon reservation. If you let your link expire, the offered date will became available to the public once more.
