Life is busy... and painting is the perfect way to slow down and enjoy a peaceful, expressive, introspective time-out.
In these child-focused, family-friendly painting classes Ms. Rose will gently teach participants, step-by-step, how to create a painted masterpiece on stretched canvas.. BUT, everyone will ALWAYS be encouraged to add their own unique creative touch!
This means your brilliant young artist may not create a painting that exactly resembles the sample piece. And to this, Ms. Rose shouts with great pride and joy, "YAHOO!"
Send your young artist solo, with a bestie... or join them in the creative fun!

**Some paintings are more complex than others and require us to sketch the general compostion before we begin painting. For these canvases, children might be offered one of Ms. Rose's traceable templates to get their general silhouette in place.
Not only is tracing super relaxing, it's also a great way to develop art skills, like hand-eye coordination, line control, and spatial understanding.
Using said template (or not), will be up to each individual artist. Ms. Rose will happily provide step-by-step instruction for those who wish to sketch from scratch.**
