PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

Orders are typically ready within 2 weeks.

​

This is an estimate and can vary based on a variety of factors, such as what is currently in-stock vs. the time it takes to procure materials for out-of-stock items​. Rose will be in touch within 36 hours of receiving your order request to confirm your order details, arrange payment, and to give you a more precise estimate of when your order will be ready.

RETRIEVING YOUR ORDER

 

Options are as follows-

 

1) Pick-up at the Chesterville Studio (by appointment only).

 

2) Doorstep delivery

 

3) Pick-up at one of Rose's public Paint Nights for Adults (by appointment only).  

 

Doorstep delivery is typically available on the last Friday of each month for locations up to 60 km (one-way) from the Chesterville Studio. Doorstep deliveries will incur a flat delivery fee of $15 + HST.  If you place an order in the first half of a given month, the doorstep delivery service will likely take place on the last Friday of the same month.  If you place an order in the second half of a given month, the delivery service will likely take place on the last Friday of the following month.

 

If you agree to an unattended delivery (meaning no one will be home to receive the order), it is your responsibility to indicate a safe place where Rose can leave your order so that it is protected from the elements, as your order will be packaged in an unsealed brown paper bag(s).  

 

Rose/The Dreaming Heart Art Studio is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after Rose has dropped off your order and has provided proof of delivery (Rose will email you a photo of the order at your location prior to leaving the premise).

*For Christmas 2025 orders, Rose will be offering Doorstep Delivery on Friday, November 28th. This will be the last delivery service until 2026.

Kits are kid (6+ yrs.) and adult-friendly (kiddos may require adult assistance).

Kits are beginner-friendly and perfect for all levels.  Average time to complete varies. Create at your own happy pace!

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any products purchased, unless the product is defective or you are otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law.

WARNINGS:

 

CHOKING HAZARD- Kits contain small parts. Keep away from children under 3 yrs.

 

Paint and other materials may stain clothing and other surfaces.  It is recommended that you wear art-friendly clothes and protect your furniture before using.
