Ms. Rose will provide step-by-step instruction; however, in true Dreaming Heart style, artists will always be encouraged to add their own one-of-a-kind creative touch!

PAINT PARTY PRICING:
BASE FEE:
*The Base Fee is due upon reservation and includes payment for the minimum required number of participants (based on your art party location). If you do not meet the minimum participant count, the base fee still applies.
Up to 30 km one-way from the Dreaming Heart Art Studio
$300 + HST for up to 8 participants
31 to 45 km one-way from the Dreaming Heart Art Studio
$450 + HST for up to 12 participants
46 to 60 km one-way from the Dreaming Heart Art Studio
$562.50 + HST for up to 15 participants
61+ km one-way from the Dreaming Heart Art Studio

*The Base Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
(unless your event is cancelled by the Dreaming Heart Art studio).
*If you have participants, above and beyond those included in the Base Fee, an Additional Participant Fee applies at $37.50 + HST per additional participant. Additional Participant Fees are due a minimum of 2 weeks before your Art Party date (we can sometimes accomodate last-minute requests for additional participants. Please do not hesitate to ask!).
*The Dreaming Heart Art Studio is located at 23 Riverside Drive, Chesterville ON, K0C 1H0.

GENERAL INFORMATION for OUT-OF-STUDIO ART PARTIES
The hosting adult must be present for the duration of the entire Service in order to provide group supervision.
Tables and chairs MUST be arranged before Rose arrives. It is NOT Rose's responsibility to arrange furniture.
Rose DOES NOT provide tablecloths. It is highly recommended that you cover your furniture to protect against stains and spills.
Please ensure participants have enough table surface for a tabletop easel, paint plate, water cup, brushes, and elbow room.
ART IS MESSY!
Participants are asked to wear art-friendly clothes.
Aprons are not provided.
Parties must take place indoors (unless previously agreed upon) with access to running water.
Ms. Rose requires up to 1 hour before and after the art activity to set-up/tidy up.

1) Fill out the Art Party Information Form below.
2) Once we have confirmed your date, you will be sent a time-sensitive reservation link.
Please pay the base fee deposit within 36 hours to secure your date. If you let your link expire, the offered date will became available to the public once more.
