✨ Canvas Details & Options:

 

Add-On Fees (due in full upon reservation):​​​​​

• MATERIALS ADD-ON FEE: Some canvas designs include larger canvases and/or mixed media materials (e.g., gel pens, acrylic paint markers, gem stickers, etc.) and may include an additional fee per participant.

• EXTENDED TIME ADD-ON FEE: Paint Parties for Youth include up to 1.5 hours of instruction (ideal for younger kiddos).  Depending on the canvas design and the group, some parties may benefit from a little extra time for a more relaxed/detail-oriented pace (e.g. tweens & teens).  Additional time can be added for $44 + HST per additional 30 minutes. You can purchase this extra time upon registration (recommended) or at the time of the party (add-on time is not guaranteed when requested the day-of, as it is dependent on Ms. Rose's availability).

 

Canvas Titles marked with an *asterisk, indicate canvases that typically take 2+ hours to create and are more suitable for tweens & teens.

 

• CUSTOM CANVAS REQUESTS: Do you have a special theme in mind? Custom canvas designs are available for an additional fee of $50 + HST , which will be added to the base fee deposit. (Custom canvases remain the property of Dreaming Heart.)

Canvas formats vary:

• Some come blank

• Some include a pre-traced outline of the general composition

• Others offer optional designs that kids can trace themselves using carbon paper

• Standard canvas size is 12" x 16", unless otherwise noted. Canvas may be provided as either a canvas panel or stretched canvas, depending on availability.

Instruction varies depending on the canvas design:

• Some classes are step-by-step

• Others are a blend of gentle guidance and self-led (intuitive) creating

 

No matter the format, participants are always encouraged to explore, make creative choices, and express themselves freely.
