Join Patricia & Rose for an expressive, soul-soothing art workshop designed to get you creating in an intuitive and meaningful way... and maybe even learning some fun new art techniques!

Each workshop will begin with a guided meditation to get us feeling mega relaxed and in the creative zone! Patricia and Rose will present the art project, and provide creative prompts and loads of inspiring art materials, and then...

Arrive solo, tune out the world, and get lost in the moment

Bring a friend, mom, or daughter

Chit-chat with a new kindred spirit

Workshops are 100% BEGINNER-FRIENDLY (we promise!).

Previous art skill is not required, only a desire to bring more creativity and peace into your life.

Each session will end with a gentle sharing circle where we can proudly share our artwork and insights (but only if we want to).

PAINT DAY: Inner Goddess

Saturday, March 18th, 2023
2:00- 4:00 p.m.

Channel your inner creative goddess (she's in there!) and enjoy some peaceful, reflective, expressive YOU time!

Rose will gently show you, step-by-step, how she went about painting this colourful and whimsical canvas, and both she and Patricia will provide artistic prompts to guide everyone toward adding their own unique creative touch.

It's a little step-by-step... and a whole LOT of introspection, self-expression, experimentation, and FUN!

MIXED MEDIA: Letting Go/Reaching Towards

Saturday, April 15th, 2023
2:00- 4:00 p.m.

This art activity will guide you to envision some things you would like to let go of - what is not serving you in your life, and what you would like to reach towards - to create your life the way you want.

We will begin by mindfully tracing our hands, and Patricia will read a poem about letting go. You may use words or symbols to represent what you are letting go of and what you are reaching towards.

MIXED MEDIA: Tarot Card Collage

We'll choose images, words, and objects that we feel intuitively drawn to as we explore our feelings, personality, identity, values, likes, dislikes, AND manifest our dreams and goals!

It's past, present, and future self all wrapped up into a mega relaxing art practice and a gorgeous and meaningful art piece!

MIXED MEDIA: Strength Cards

Patricia will guide you to create your own deck of strength cards.

A list of strengths will be provided (Courage, Strength, Insight, Calm, Power, Fun etc. to name a few).

You will be encouraged to think about strengths you embody and strengths you are working towards.
