Art Playgroup
(6-week sessions)
Ages 4-6 yrs

GREAT FOR HOMESCHOOLED FRIENDS & KINDERS!

This class is all about providing open-ended art opportunities for little people to experiment, learn new skills, socialize, express themselves, and have fun...

MESSY FUN!  EXPRESSIVE FUN!  CREATIVE FUN!

In each session, little artists will be invited to create arts & crafts that are wide open to interpretation.  Artists will also have access to a variety of exciting art activities placed throughout the Studio, so they can meander at will (i.e., loose parts play, collaborative art, and transient art!).

Ms. Rose will be there to guide the creative process and to provide assistance where necessary however this class is designed to promote confidence through independent experimenting, making, and problem-solving.

There is never any pressure to complete a finished art piece... no right or wrong way to create... just a happy, encouraging space to explore and enjoy the creative process.  Talk about artistic freedom!

To foster independence and creative confidence, this class is drop-off onlyHowever,  parents are more than welcome to join us in the Studio for the last 5 minutes of each class so artists can proudly recount all the creative fun they had and share some of their non-portable artwork!

*We require a minimum of 4 students to run a session.  If you have pre-registered and we don't end up making this number, you will be refunded in full.
